Restaurant in German style in the middle of somewhere where they stop and have what they want or a Zander fish. that's one of the best fish I've ever had. so sweet and weekly prepared with a butter and crumble sauce. they have. the privilege that the chef cuts all prepared fish before the dig. it is a unique and unexpected experience!

This restaurant is famous of Matelote Riesling which is a meal to cook with different fish and trout in riesling sauce. Reservation for this meal is must. We were of four and had lunch there. The reception was not warm welcome at all but the...service was OK. We were served by a lady who I thought was the supervisor. The decoration was very traditional germen style and a bit outdated, but very clean. We had very good muscat as appero. I am not a fan of fish but found the Matelote Riesling was delicious and paired with local riesling. My friends took the tarte plume and said to be good. Every body was satisfied with the quality and portion, 200 euro with wines, not bad. Will return in future.
