I had the chance to taste the snail butter knives, the apple herrings with oil and a plate of oysters: the fresh products are of high quality and the way to cook them greatly enhance them. If you add to this the excellent wines, mainly local, it forms a delicious whole with excellent value for money. And then what to say of the place, if not that it is like the staff: truly charming.
