Wendy's - Reynoldsburg

This is how trash fast food employees are these days. I said I didn't want the drink but the slick mouthed cashier didn't hear me. Instead she attempted to be condescending and saying it's already paid for and I already made it, so here you go. Like I asked for something else instead. Girl I said the drink was too much, and I didn't want it you can keep it. I even said she could give it to someone else but it was like she was trying to be right. It was so weird I just stared at her and said uh-huh as she handed me my food. Seriously, a lot of customers are wrong for going off on these cashiers because it's crazy but lately I can also see why they flip out. The lack of soft skills, is killing the service industry.IF you want a small these days you have to say that or else they will automatically charge you for the medium size.

Food was as expected, staff unfriendly, very dirty building

This location is much better than the Broad St. location in front of the Kroger's. I will literally drive the extra 5-7 minutes to visit this location over the other. The interior has been modernized and looks clean. The staff was really kind to my child and gave them an extra toy. No complaints with food. It is always hot and accurate.

Wife had single cheeseburger, fries, and water.I had a single burger, no cheese, a tiny piece of lettuce , an even tinier piece of tomato, and 2 or 3 pickles. I also had a sad tasting fish sandwich...reminded me of the white castle fish, and a large chilli and fries.The chilli was okay...the fries were passable. The burger and the fish sandwiches were forgettable.

The best, most reliable, well-staffed Wendy's that I know of. If you have issues with the service at this particular Wendy's, you are probably the problem in your own life.
