Penn Station East Coast Subs

Upon entering, we received a warm welcome, likely because I was snapping pictures and mentioned that it was my first visit and that I would be leaving a review on Google. The staff was very polite and helpful in assisting us with our order. We opted for takeout because of Covid-19, and there weren’t any other customers dining in at that time. The restaurant was clean, and I observed that everyone was wearing masks and gloves. The food was still quite warm when we got home. My wife took the first bite of her meal and remarked that the lemonade reminded her of the state fair. I carefully checked my meal and, aside from the price, I have no complaints. This contributed to my rating of four stars. My chicken was tender, and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. I finished my entire sub, and my wife polished off her fries, which I should mention were freshly cut—my favorite kind. Great job, Penn Station! We’ll be back soon!

KC was incredibly friendly when I picked up dinner for my family. He was very pleasant and polite, asking about my day and my weekend plans. He even apologized for the brief wait while the fries cooked. I didn’t mind waiting for hot, fresh food. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I truly enjoy the Pizza Sub here. It's always clean, and the service is quick and friendly.

I never had a pizza underwear until I was here and it was really good. Fries are similar to Five Guys who is a good thing because they also have good frits

My first time at Penn Station! Delightful staff, well-kept/ clean restaurant, great quality! Philly cheesesteak is amaaaaazing!!!!... Better than Jersey Mike’s and Subway! Prices are great too! Update: I’ve been ordering food from here about once a week. There are a few employees that work here that are beyond amazing! MARLEETA IS GREAT! She is always smiling, has a great attitude, and is very thorough in her work at Penn Station. She deserves a raise, if you ask me! I can’t say enough how wonderful and pleasant Marleeta is!!
