First Watch - Reynoldsburg

The food was outstanding, but the service was incredibly disappointing! Our server, Ice, took about 10 minutes to greet us and then was rude throughout our meal. She didn't bother to check on us, and her attitude was quite concerning. This is really unfortunate because my family and I are big fans of First Watch! We won't be coming back.

Every time I've visited, my experience has been fine. I've ordered biscuits and gravy with regular sausage in the past without any issues. However, when I recently tried to place a takeout order, the staff insisted that I couldn't order regular sausage because it was premade. Even after I explained that I had ordered it that way before, she put me on hold for a minute and continued repeating the same thing. I just don't understand why people can be so rude.

The restaurant was quite crowded, but it seemed like many of the staff were unoccupied. It's hard to believe someone when they say there's a 45-minute wait while they are chatting with their friends and there are open tables available.

This first watch location has great food and great management, which is usually hard to find together these days. I had an experience where I paid extra for chicken on my sandwich, but didn’t receive it. I contacted the location and spoke with the general manager, Matt, who was very understanding and quickly resolved my issue. I was unable to come back to get the sandwich. Me made due to workday meeting however he sent out a gift card to make the experience right appreciate owning the issue and resolving it quickly. Keep up the great work!! I will definitely be back soon.
