Donatos Pizza - Reynoldsburg

Called to place an order for delivery. Was told I'd have it by 11:40pm. I called at midnight and the woman that answered didn't even ask for the name, just said it was on its way and hung up. I waited until 12:35am to call back and was told they don't know why it wasn't delivered. This donatos is junk. Save your money and time, get your food from somewhere that actually delivers...literally and figuratively

Called in order and drove to pickup and no order. Person taking order was hard to understand will find another place to buy pizza call in service stinks

So this evening I was having some friends over and we decided to order some pizza at this location and an hour later after the pizza did not arrive I decided to called the store back only to find out that my order was never taken and the manager Angela just gave the worse attitude ever and told to call later on the next day because they were about to close. It’s a shame Donatos used to be a really good spot for pizza.

The pizza is decent. It’s not gourmet pizza. Highly recommend for a quick bite or for a child birthday party.
