The Cookie Place - Rexburg

Better than Crumble Cookies. The staff member was very courteous, easily explaining the offered menu options well, and getting us on our way very quickly! Cookies are absurdly expensive though, profit margins are evidently through the roof, but this is to no surprise as this is how their in-town competitor is set up as well. Pictured is just one of their cookies, for a reference of size and for what you are getting. Worth the visit, but insanely expensive cookies all around.

Cookies were cold and left out in a pan while they served them. Customer Service was nonexistent.

The BEST cookies in the world come from the Cookie Place. They're delicious, huge, and taste like homemade quality cookies. The Cookie place is so fresh and amazing, I wish it was the big chain company and not Crumbl... i got the cookie place as often as I could while living in Idaho. I couldn't stop thinking about them after moving away. It's a miracle, they ship cookies to you. I got them delivered to me in FLORIDA and they still taste amazing! For anyone doing shipping, the cookies come individually wrapped which preserves the cookies quite well. I was worried they might melt or bugs would get to them (Florida living) but they didn't melt and because of the great wrapping, no bugs! Also, I always receive amazing customer service. When the website wasn't working, they were able to take my shipping order over the phone. I only wish I could get the S'mores cookie shipped! I love, love, love the cookie place.

They are so wonderful and kind. Every time I order online and they don’t have something they always do something extra for me! Truly super sweet and the BEST cookies ever.
