Good afternoon/evening/night everyone I would like to express my opinion about the staff of Palermo Coffee I used to work in catering and of course I understand that there are different situations, and problems, and unbearable guests, BUT every time I want to order delivery to Palermo, the girl on the other side of the phone answers me something like (nope and hangs up. In addition, all information has to be extracted from the cashier. Every time you have to ask yourself (how long is the Delivery time? What is the order amount? How much will the Delivery cost? Do you have the equipment? Today's situation: I call Palermo, the girl answers, I ask if they have Delivery, they answer me Nope. I said goodbye because I just needed Delivery. Later I call a courier friend who works in Palermo and find out from him that he is outraged that they told me there was no Delivery (that is, I was simply deceived and Delivery actually works I immediately call Palermo, only from a different number and order delivery. This time they didn’t say anything against Delivery. I asked the girl how long to wait for delivery, and the answer was I don’t know, we have a lot of people. She hung up. I understand that there are a lot of people, but this does not give me any information, I am only interested in the Delivery time. In general, there are no complaints about the chefs. But the guest service is super bad.

I liked the kitchen, thank you. But I would like the waiters to have shorter nails, they will look neater, and it would be nice to wear aprons during service. And it gives the impression of a roadside cafe, sorry.

The food was delicious, but not everything on the menu was available for preparation. The restroom was not very comfortable.

This café is just perfect. Lera is both beautiful and smart. The food is delicious. The dining area is clean, and the restroom is spotless. They are always attentive to requests, whether it’s less pepper, cooler or hotter dishes, or specific timing. Any reasonable requests will be met.
