I am very disappointed we have been many times and food was beautiful this time the food was awful

I really like to order food and drinks with the app. When I'm out, I'm really trying hard not to look at my phone and talk to them around me. The app takes the personal touch from customer service. I like the selection of foods and the portion sizes.

The food was terrible we had the Christmas in July roasts and the carrots and beans were not cooking and the three kinds of meat were hard. Not happy as we come every month and the food is usually nice.

I found the employee who tried to be very friendly. It seems that they have a fair amount of flak that I feel is unfounded given our experience there. Too bad other diners show no tolerance for problems beyond employee control.
