Baan Thai Cuisine - Reservoir

We needed a local Thai restaurant and we have found it. The place is not fancy but food is excellent, tasty and service was lovely. Small family business with free delivery for orders over $25

We have become regulars at this restaurant, mainly ordering home delivery. The food is fresh, tasty and not overpriced like many other restaurants in Melbourne. Cannot go wrong, try it out.

We made a booking and when we arrived nothing had been prepared for our group and considering that we were the only people in there for the night, a little disappointing.The restaurant holds about 20 people seated which meant our family of 7 took up half the place.It is a very quiet place and their menu is pretty extensive.You are able to have a dish with up to 5 different varieties of main components.We had a variety of entrees which were very tasty and of average Thai restaurant size.All the mains that we had were of very good sizes and very filling, indeed.Looked like a husband and wife team with hubby cooking and the lady serving.It is not licensed so we took some BYO drinks and the children were catered for with standard soft drinks.The freshness of the food can through and all our group were very satisfied with the meal.Apart from the preparations, all went rather well.

Went to this great little Thai restaurant with friends and was amazed at the authenticity and affordability of this little gem. We tried the Larb Gai and a couple of curries and all were amazing

I decided to have Thai and looked on yelp to see what I would find.
