El Incomparable Peruvian Cuisine

The food is soo good.Today decided to eat inside the restaurant. The hostess waitress brought my order Chicharron de Calamares. And she asked me... do u need utensiles..???? ?

The restaurant in Granada Hills is fantastic. The food is excellent, and while the prices are a bit high, it's definitely worth it. The staff is very friendly, and when you place an order over the phone, it's prepared promptly. I highly recommend this place!

The food was disappointing. We ordered papas with the yellow sauce, which turned out to be very watery and didn’t have the flavor of Aji or the cheese typically used. For $10, we received only four small pieces of potato, a quarter of an egg, and one olive, which felt like a poor value. We also ordered two steak plates and yucca. The steak had a lot of fat and tasted like a lower-quality cut, even though it was well-marinated. The only redeeming item was the green pasta with white rice. Additionally, the restaurant was severely understaffed, with only one person handling everything.

I tried this restaurant for the first time, and unfortunately, the food was quite tasteless. If you're looking for authentic Peruvian cuisine, I recommend heading to Mario's in Los Angeles, CA. That's where you'll find true Lomo Saltado.

What a pleasant surprise. I don't usually like going to new places when I'm in a rush for lunch, but this was a great decision. The inside is pretty small, so you have to get there expecting to wait unless you're lucky enough to snag a table. (We were lucky and got a table. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. They really wanted to make sure you enjoyed your experience. We started with the fish ceviche which came with some sweet potatoes. It was very tasty. All the items were extremely authentic and delicious. After that we followed it up with the go-to Peruvian dish lomo saltado. The delicious mix of steak chunks, onions, tomatoes, rice and french fries. It was made to order and absolutely scrumptious. Definitely ask for the spicy green salsa for that extra kick and you won't be sorry. Besides feeling insanely full afterwards, I will absolutely be back to try something else. Their menu had so many options, but we went with the basics first. This place is a must try!
