Arby's - Republic

Since Arby's is a national chain franchise, it is pretty much the same everywhere you go. The person at register messed up my fries, they gave curly fries, and I wanted crinkle cut fries. But otherwise, all was good.

Had to try the Diablo challenge. It was nowhere as hot/spicy as advertised, but good flavor.

Arbys has started the up size scam like many other fast food restaurants! I came in ordered my meal and the cashier/manager ask me if I wanted my order large sized. I responded no, so she said ok you just want that medium size then, not mentioning the meal comes in small size. Thankfully I’ve seen this scam before and didn’t fall for it. I sat and ate my meal watching her do this to every customer and sadly the majority of them fell for it. Arbys you should be ashamed of deceiving your customers … – show

Thank you so much for putting some roast beef in a ramekin on the side for my cats and not laughing at me when I asked!

Arbys is nation wide, honestly nothing I can say that all others haven’t said before. This store is always clean and the staff seems to be expected to show an above average customer service.
