Truckee Bagel Company - Reno

I visited Wake Up Bagel and was disappointed to discover that there was no sausage available. I had been really looking forward to a good breakfast. I also ordered self-serve coffee, but the 3 or 4 pots were unmarked, so I had no idea what kind of coffee was in them. Additionally, the ceilings were quite dusty, indicating that the place could use a good cleaning. I’m giving it one star, but I do want to note that the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the food or the cleanliness of the restaurant.

The best bagels in Reno! The cream cheese is outstanding. The customer service is excellent, and their hours are very convenient!

Truckee Bagel offers great sandwiches in a cozy setting. If you have some time to relax and enjoy a meal, it’s worth a stop. The sandwiches are delicious and made with care. However, keep in mind that service can be on the slower side, so if you're looking for a quick fast-food option, you might want to consider a different place.

There was appreciation at my work and personally I love the Bagels. The sandwiches, where really good also a day later from extras at work. The Jalapeno Bagel with cream cheese is great.

Exceptional customer service by Ann. I had to place an order for an event which can be a little stressful but she made it easy. She provided recommendations and took care of small items like napkins, plates, cups, etc. Everything was ready for pickup in the morning as promised. I will definitely go back without any hesitation.
