Port Of Subs - Reno

My family and I have been using this location for some time, and now because of the convenientness of the location we also order from the work, although the customer service was not the largest, we have continued to use this location. today my mother and I were in order, and the dame seemed bad or something. I do not expect them to smile and mock them with joy at the wall, but today she seemed to have worked powerfully. I ordered my first 2 sandwiches and she was very short with the answer to what I asked about the sandwich. then I went on to order more sandwiches, but she had a bad attitude and seemed upset that I ordered more. I asked if she was okay or had a bad day that she was keen on not having her coffee.

I was there on 5 november 2002 where I had lunch and there was this one that helped me. I didn't get her name, but it was her and another man who worked at that time. she was the best, very friendly, let me return and eat again. they are people like these who make a business.

I order harbour of subs of uber eats. this harbour of Subs site did not follow my order. they put Swiss cheese on my sandwich and pomp jacket when I asked for no cheese. I will stay with the south mccarran location now. I'm not happy. please follow their customer orders if they order online or with over eat. I am very disappointed by this place.

Really rude survive and the management is supper aggressive and rude infront of children and could handle things more professionally he should be writing up or fired my son was extremely upset and he's 3! I don't not care what the situation is no one should ever act in that way around children period! And it's way over priced to be treated like that I will not step foot back in to this Particular Port Of subs has a completely new staff. Including the guy in charge I didn't catch his name I really don't care but he is a hot head and I do not appreciate it! I want a full refund of my money and free cookies for my children that were present and had to witness this man's behavior toward us! I didn't even want to put a star but it made me to post this!

If you eat sandwiches but don't like making them, then this is the place to go to. They make delicious sandwiches right in front of you and I personally recommend eating the number nine (pastrami and swiss cheese).
