California Pizza Kitchen - Reno

I have no issues with the service, but unfortunately, I have to say that the value for money at this restaurant is lacking. The pizza I had was comparable to something from Domino's, yet it was priced at $25. The quality needs to improve to warrant that price.

I absolutely love this place! It offers more than just pizza; there's a fantastic selection of appetizers, pasta dishes, salads, and of course, pizza. The bar is beautifully designed, making it a great spot to order and enjoy your meal. There are also cozy booths and tables available. I've consistently received excellent service and have enjoyed every dish I've tried.

As with any CPK, they served some delicious bread and butter as a nice appetizer. My steak came out perfectly cooked and was seasoned just right. I sat at the bar since I was dining alone, and the dining room wasn’t busy at all, offering a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of space for families. I would definitely return for that Ribeye!

Our team went to the Reno California Pizza kitchen for dinner tonight and had terrible service. Our waitress was not friendly, helpful or appealing. They gave the wrong people food, rarely checked for us, and we had to ask several times to refill drinks. The most frustrating thing is that because we had a big group, they automatically added to $60 Gratituity for the worst service ever. How is someone paid $60/hour (if we were the only table they had) for bad service? I thought the patron paid Gratituity as a way to thank waiters for good service. But we couldn't decide how much we paid them. I'll never go there again. If you charge for the service.... You should make sure it is a good service. If you are in town for the qualifiers, don't eat there!

I ordered to go and ate in my room. I ordered the Thai salad. It was terrible. I should have returned it. There was little chicken and what little there was its so dry and hard to chew. I was really hungry so I ate 1/2 and couldn't stomach it any longer. I had a rancid taste in my mouth. Now I'm feeling in a state of regret in eating what I could. This restaurant should reconsider the quality of food and what they serve to thier customers. I'm afraid if eating here again. I hope they improve Thier quality of food.
