Cafe Central - Reno

The General's orange chicken is simply the best! I forgot to take a picture of it, but it was a clean plate kind of meal. Honestly, I don't think anyone else comes close. The fish and chips were fantastic as well; I had them the night before.

Everyone ordered something different: my brother-in-law had the special of the day, my sister enjoyed the Asian salad, my nephew went for the cheeseburger, while someone else had the chicken Alfredo and a Caesar salad. I opted for the brisket. Everything was beautifully prepared and still hot when it arrived. If you're looking for quality food at a reasonable price, this is the place to go, especially if you're staying at the Silver Legacy.

I don’t understand the lack of good reviews for this restaurant. I clearly do not leave google review for standard non descript places I visit. If I leave a review you are really bad or really good. Cafe central is fan freakin tactic! We noticed it was always busy. Not hugely over priced either. I wanted Italian and that’s what I got and it was delicious. My friend Chris got the Kung Pao Chicken and said it was the best he ever had. Anyways. I wish I could remember our servers name and she was really good as well. It wasn’t horribly busy at the time we went so she has more tables out of her section but she was good. I will go back and if you are in Reno you should visit them today.

There was a wait but I feel like it went quickly. I was nervous about ordering pad Thai from an American breakfast restaurant but, I’m satisfied I did. Big shrimp and good flavor. Service was quick and friendly.

Had a pretty good chicken fried steak and eggs breakfast here at Central Cafe at the Silver Legacy Casino. Eggs were done perfect hash browns were decent, sourdough toast was very good and Chicken fried steak was hand made a pretty good as well. Service was great and fast. Price was a little spendy for a breakfast. I recommend and will probably go again
