No line on a Saturday at 5:30 afternoon and 15 to 20 minutes wait for regular pretzel employees not looking like they're even making any? Not very good at their jobs ????

The pretzels at this restaurant are consistently fantastic, and they also have a great variety of lemonades to choose from. The service is efficient, and I've noticed that the staff frequently wash their hands.

The pretzel bites at this restaurant are fantastic. I always make sure to get them whenever I visit the mall.

Although the prices are a bit high, the pretzels at this restaurant are delicious. I tried the cinnamon sugar flavor and it was soft, warm, and perfectly coated. The customer service was also excellent.
