Chez Brume - Rennes

Second visit to this restaurant, quality is always at the rendezvous! Originally, everything is around seafood, the map is fairly short but can suit everyone, and has the merit of changing regularly. Dressage is neat and original, and the perfect service. The price quality ratio is also excellent, you can go out for about 40€ for EPD out of drink. It is advisable to book for the evening :

Excellent. Entries and dishes around the fish with a mixture of very successful flavors. Beautiful dishes to watch and tasty. Places in the bedroom and also on the terrace in a quiet street. Good selection of wines to accompany all this

A very good surprise in this fish and seafood restaurant. Passing by chance in front, the beautiful front and the map attract us and make us want to venture inside. The prices are very reasonable and the delicious dishes (a great taste for the juice that accompanies the yellow square in the dish! . The interior atmosphere is very comfortable and makes us want to come back. The service is impeccable and the very friendly staff. We note a good selection of wines that will perfectly accompany your choices! I highly recommend jumping if you are Rennes or if you stay in Rennes.

I had dinner in Brume on the evening of Valentine's Day. Cocktails are very good and divine dishes. I tasted langoustine, St Jacques and apple/poire dessert. Everything was very good. The service was careful. I highly recommend this fish specialist address.

Very good meal at Brume. The frame is very nice, very comfortable chairs. The meal is pleasant, the bisque missed a can of relief but without being too disturbing, we were in subtlety. Dessert the citrus and the nut pie were superb. The lean dish risotto truffles Porto sauce a pepite. Same for the Bordeaux fish. Only small flat there is a menu because all the choices are on the map. And beware of their paper card, mine was too much used there was to drink and eat on it, the anchor had flowed... It's really not nice to start the meal with a card like that.
