Restaurant Traditionel Les Terrasses

Staff and service is simply said lousy. Nobody cares for customers as they are the only restaurant in the environment. Tourists will most probably not come again why therefore care ? The 'Bavette ' had been of lousy meat quality: more fat and veins than anything else. Better take your own picnic or choose another Restaurant in one of the villages ....

The restaurant does not care about their customers. Period. They know that since this is the only restaurant in the complex and tourists are unlikely to return, they can do whatever they want. The business model is based on profit optimization via operational efficiency but not at all customer service. The menu is limited. If you are vegetarian or have dietary restrictions, don’t go there. If you have children, don’t even bother. But the worst part is their shortcoming on customer service. The staff (except for one waiter of Egyptian origin) is rude. The manager has yet to learn people skills. She is immature, but one day she will hopefully get the point. I do not recommend this restaurant at all, stay away, bring your own picnic instead.

What a amazing food and the ambience of the restaurant. Amazing restaurant situated at the bank of river with such a astonishing view of Pont du Gard. Must visit . And the staff are so kind and friendly. Thank you team les Terrasses for serving me .loved it .

Definitely a wonderful service and the food was very tasty loved the absence and the pont du gard looks beautiful from the restaurant.

Bon accueil dans ce restaurant avec vue sur le pont. Beaucoup de monde en terrasse mais les serveurs et serveuses gardent le sourire et sont très sympas.Petite carte qui apparemment est changée régulièrement : escargots, gambas et seiche, burger de taureau, poisson du jour, carré de veau, .... vins à prix raisonnables et vin de table en carafe (8€/ demi-litre).Malheureusement, Le pont n'était pas illuminé en hommage aux victimes des attentats en Espagne :( Bien entendu, Le restaurant est très fréquenté. Si vous cherchez le calme, la petite terrasse de petit village, passez votre chemin. Ici, c'est une grosse machine. Néanmoins rodée, efficace et de qualité.À conseiller (à refaire nous aurions passé l'après-midi sur site - baignade, activités, ...).Pour se rendre au restaurant: possible d'y aller via rive droite ou gauche. Par la rive droite il vous faudra traverser le pont. Sympa!Dans les deux cas, si vous avez réservé une table, vous pouvez passer à l'accueil rive gauche et demander d'échanger votre ticket parking contre un gratuit (votre nom doit être sur la liste)!
