Brasserie Conti Reims

The room was not up to what you can expect from a 4-star hotel and did not match the photos posted on the site. When we made the notice to the person at the check-out, it ended up telling us that the wing in which we were staying would be renovated this winter...Super, but for the same price as a renovated room; We were entitled to a vaulted room, a capricious heating, a bathroom of the most sumptuous, a multi-screen on the desk to power the lamp of the 1990s, traces of repairs/infiltrations on the walls. A disappointing experience and the impression of having been deceived by photos of the site or booking platforms. On the other hand, common spaces (restaurant, entrance hall) and breakfast are clearly beautiful experiences. But it will not inspire us to return to this establishment. Reims seems to have hotels with a much better value for money. Addendum: following the hotel's response, the photos of the site for the room concerned have been added. They do not represent what we had and what we could expect from the truth.

Very beautiful hotel restaurant, service is at the height of reputation! We eat very well for reasonable prices.

Two days of seminar in this hotel. Exceptional service: warm welcome from the Director and the team. Copious breakfast, fresh and good. The cooked bread on site is a pure wonder. We had lunch the two days at the hotel’s restaurant. The dishes like desserts were excellent. Our meeting room was very nice. And to finish, the location is simply perfect for visiting the city. A big thank you to the whole team for your welcome!

Birthday meal with family, beautiful restaurant room, friendly staff and listening, divine meal, short I recommend. We'll be back.

Perfect location for walking in Reims. Attention: in love with calm, this establishment is not for you. Who says good location, says also nuisances of the tourist influx of the neighborhood which is one of the most frequented in the city. Beautiful hotel refurbished with a decoration to our taste (modern and trendy). Nice staff. Especially bartender Max. Well decorated middle class room. Comfortable mattresses. Bathroom not very functional (no walls or shower curtains: resultats one stops everywhere). Big black point: the noise of the nightclub or bars in the evening until midnight. Hard! Bad insulation. This was reported at check-out. At the beginning astonished, the receptionist finally confessed that yes the rooms on this side are subject to noise (we were room 002). He knew it when the keys were handed over, but no one considered it appropriate to inform us of it or to offer us quie balls. A little sorry, but no commercial gesture. Too bad!
