Bojangles - Reidsville

I frequently order from this restaurant through DoorDash. Each time I order, I request ranch dressing with my supremes and an extra ranch. However, every time I receive my order, I am given one ranch and one honey mustard instead. It's frustrating that they can't seem to read and follow basic instructions. Additionally, it's disappointing that they are frequently out of Pepsi. Despite these issues, the food is good. I find that the location across town near Sheetz is superior and consistently on point.

We used the drive-thru at this restaurant. The experience was average. I believe KFC has superior chicken. We were only passing by. Personally, I am not a fan.

This is close to me. So i love that. But the food is a hit or miss. Depending on time of day. Who working. I know this location is having trouble with workers. So either you take a chance on the food or go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, this was the second time I?ve called this place to order breakfast for our team. Two weeks ago they answer they phone, I tell them I have a large order then they put me on hold and never come back to the phone. I held on for 20minutes the tried to call back another 25 minutes each time to a busy signal

I had dinner around 7:00pm on September 14th. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The biscuits were delicious. Overall, the restaurant did a great job and made this pregnant lady very happy. ????
