As someone who eats well and likes good-bourgeois, I cannot understand the hype about the courage. I had the pleasure to be there a few times last year, ever on invitation, don't say from my own drive. I always thought to give them a chance. was unfortunately nix.On the demand whether you could get the roasted rather medium well you will be approached by the chefin itself "It goes through - medium - rare, everything else brings the kitchen together." Very friendly staff, the spargel was something too bit too bite-proof and possibly two euro too expensive. but happy again!
