Chuck's Roadhouse Grill

So me and my boyfriend went here for Valentine’s Day. We waited almost 10 minutes before being seated, keep in mind it was absolutely empty in the establishment and there were was not a single person to seat us to be seen. Finally after waiting, we were seated and we got our drinks. we waited about another 15 mins for our waitress to just come back and ask us if we were ready to order. After the usual wait we got our appetizer. She then left again and we waited an absurd amount of time just to order OUR FOOD. After ordering our food she sent it to the kitchen, not even 5 mins later she came back over asking us if we were ready to order our food after we had just ordered. After waiting for our food we ended up getting the wrong food we had ordered, and sent it back waiting another 30 mins. Not once this entire time while waiting for our food or eating our food did we get checked up on, not even asking if we wanted refills. After finishing our food she walked past us several times (not busy btw) and we tried to flag her down and she right out ignored us. We were waiting so long for the bill that we ended up getting up and asking a server that wasn’t even ours to check us out. We were there for 2 and a half hours almost 3 and if I’m honest that was probably the worst part about Valentine’s Day. You’d think you would be ready to serve people and be at the top of your game on a day that’s busy for restaurants such as Valentine’s Day. We were gonna ask for some sort of compensation but we were so fed up we just left after paying.

I had a great experience here! i believe my servers name was Olivia M, and she was great! checked in and made an effort to make sure my food was correct. she also was very friendly and fun. definitely recommend the spinach dip! it was amazing.

My husband and I love to frequent this location when neither of us feel like cooking. The food is always hot and arrives promptly. We always come in when Mikayla is working (she’s an absolute delight) and she makes our drinks perfectly every time. She’s the #1 reason we keep coming back!!The after 9:00 p.m. app deals are always amazing and the cheap beer for leafs games make it even better.

Mikayla is the best! The atmosphere, food and the service is top notch here, highly recommend. We pass by many restaurants (which are closer to home) to visit this Chucks because of her service.
