Ridiculously high prices! The gyoza at this restaurant only comes in a serving of 4 pieces for $9, while in a Chinese or Japanese restaurant you can get 6 or 8 pieces for $3 to $6. Moral of the story, go somewhere else...
The restaurant has a lovely layout with a patio at the back, which is enclosed with glass partitions to protect diners from the wind. It's a nice touch that adds to the overall dining experience. The staff seem to be continuously improving the restaurant.
Ribs seem boiled and sauce added before served, terrible. Cesar Salat made me really sad. I'm sure they're trying, but I don't want a business name on this quality of food. Great service
We had eaten here many times before Covid and had always enjoyed the service and food. We have expected another good experience here in over two years. Unfortunately, it was disappointing on average. Nothing is wrong, but nothing to be very... enthusiastic. I understand the problems everyone has with the staff, but at least a good job with the staff you have. Service was no more than average no smile, no chitchat, no hectic. The food was the same, very average. Unhappy, because as the original Rock Creek, this site sets the standard for its other locations. And many other options around the city for this kind of food, so next time we look elsewhere.
