Chachalacas Mexican Cusine - Regina

I was originally from oklahoma and grew up eating a kind of Mexican food weekly, so I was so excited to hear about the option Mexican food in mj! we went with a large group in the new loading in moose jaw, in the early evening on a Sunday. we sat pretty fast and had a good service, also with our server who informed us that it was their second day, she did a good job. we all have the first batch of delicious super fresh salsa, some commented the chips would have been well warmed as others do, but we all ate it anyway! our table ordered a lot of dingen from the menu and everyone was beyond their ordering out. I ordered the chicken enchiladas and they were full of tasty chicken, but I was very disappointed in the enchilada sauce, it was nothing like other enchilada sauces that I had located on many others. (more like crushed tomato and not sharp). they were great. we'll go back happy, I'll just order something else than I was the only one who was a little disappointed about what they had. also the queso' was very watery not cheesy or thick (sound on the chip and tasted a bit scaled. the sopapillas (dessert) tasted as they should! loved her until the last sticky bite!

This place is amazing! authentic Mexican and fabulous guacamole! seriously the best guacamole I have ever eaten!

I went to the restaurant for a solo lunch on Sunday. I sat down as no one greeted me at the door and there was no sign indicating where to go. It took a few minutes for them to notice I was there. I ordered the al Pastor Tacos, which are only available in sets of three here. While waiting for my order, they brought complimentary chips and salsa, which was great since I was quite hungry. The tacos I ordered were delicious, not too messy like at other places where the juices make the taco fall apart. I wish there was more pineapple in them. For dessert, they served a complimentary dish of chips with cinnamon and sugar sauce. It was a delicious bite to end the meal, but it was too much for one person. It would have been perfect for two people. I would definitely come back.

This is the most delicious and flavorful Mexican food I have ever tasted. Despite a slight mix-up with our order and a long wait, I will definitely be ordering from here again. We tried the fish tacos and they were outstanding! The fish was perfectly grilled and the cilantro added a burst of flavor. We also ordered the tasty and generous portion of nachos. The complimentary chips, salsa, and dessert were a nice touch and all very delicious. It was evident that the tortillas and chips were homemade and incredibly tasty. Overall, this place comes highly recommended for its delicious food. Yummy!

The tortillas are handmade at this restaurant. We ordered the tlayuda and chorizo con papas sope, but both dishes tasted and looked very similar. The restaurant provides complimentary chips and salsa, and a free dessert is also included with your meal.
