I had the opportunity to taste the burger of this place, intrigued by the positive reviews and also because I had been advised. If I have to be honest the meat was cooked to perfection, I appreciate that they ask the degree of cooking of the same, even the sandwiches are good, soft and resistant molotov (which is important) but I felt the sandwich as a whole a little difficult to eat, a little dry, I think you should abound with sauces to make it damper (especially if I add the potatoes inside that absorb the sauce! In addition, the sauce with porcini mushrooms was a bit bitter. I think we can make more succulent combinations because for the quality of meat and sandwich, it could be the best in Reggio. Another clarification concerns the reduction of beer, it was a bit too liquid and drained and I don’t think it’s good with the sandwich as a flavor.

I tasted chicken cotoletta, veal meatballs, veal rolls and Apulian bombettes, all exquisite and of excellent quality. Also very friendly, kind, very professional staff.

I think things done with love and sacrifice in the end always repay. Simple and special people, warm and welcoming, professional and handy, this is the business card that distinguishes them....
