Terrible experience, rude people set the table for us in the corridor in the cold where the water came in. I went to dinner on Saturday when there was a storm with 20 friends from Fiorano Modena. We ate the appetizer with our coats on due to the cold, while another group in front of us separated by a glass window was warm. I couldn't give myself peace about our position when I noticed an empty room. I asked for explanations, but they didn't give me any, but they made us move for the rest of the dinner. In the end we paid 5 euros more than the agreed price, so the person at the checkout (I don't know if it was the owner) should be ashamed of treating people like that. The sorbet was almost frozen. The final price is higher than what was agreed by our guides.
