Taco Bell - Reedley

The second time I ordered takeout from this restaurant, not everything we ordered was included in the bag. While the menu looked promising on paper, they seemed to just throw everything in the bags without much care.

This Taco Bell used to be great, but their quality has declined. The service is terrible because they constantly get my order wrong or are rude to us. They also give false information about certain menu items. It's disappointing that the manager doesn't seem to care about improving. They need to focus on getting orders correct and not skimping on certain ingredients.

I have placed over 7 orders at this restaurant and have consistently asked for diablo sauce, but they have never provided it. I believe the staff are just there to make money and not actually part of a real franchise. The chicken chalupas are significantly worse than any other Taco Bell I have visited. I have tried ordering through the drive-thru, DoorDash, and they always seem to forget the diablo sauce. It makes me wonder if these locations are not legitimate. I shouldn't have to do any guesswork when placing an order.

It says dine in is open but it's closed. Only drive thru is open

Lol...its taco bell but this is one of the better ones around. They actually know how to assemble your food right here.
