Panda Express - Redwood City

The quality of the Panda brand has diminished. My orange bun was 70% fried dough, which was disappointing. The ambiance was still warm and inviting, but the portion sizes were confusing; if you order just one or two, you end up with empty plates. Additionally, they charged an extra fee for an item that was supposed to be free. The survey advertised a complimentary small dish with each survey completion, but that wasn't honored. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I waited for 15-20 minutes, and when it was finally my turn, an older Asian woman ignored me and continued to serve the person behind me. I expressed my frustration, suggesting she might not understand me well. In response, another staff member told me I needed to wait because there was a long line. I pointed out that I had already been patient as a customer. When I tried to talk to her, she kept her head down and wouldn’t even look at me. In the end, I left without being served, feeling completely disregarded.
