Chipotle Mexican Grill - Redwood City

The food is average, not exceptional. The staff appear unenthusiastic and struggle to adhere to requests for additional items.

They packed my burrito till near bursting. Seemed like door dash gets priority over inside, but either way service was pretty quick.

I eat at chipotle at least every other day. This location has very friendly staff but very low food quality outside of peak hours. Meat is left out far too long and is frequently completely dry. The guac is left out all day to the point of totaldiscoloration. Some staff give portions of meat as if it comes out of their paycheck, even when paying $5 extra for doublesteak. Really wish it was better as I eat here frequently.

I recently returned to Chipotle for the first time since 2013 and was happy with the selection of vegetarian options. I ordered a bowl with chips and found it to be delicious. The line was a bit slow as there were only three employees: one taking orders, one cooking, and one handling the cash register. Although an extra person would have helped, they did their best with the staff they had. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience and plan to come back again.

Overall, this location is decent and conveniently located near two investment properties that I will soon be selling. The portion sizes can be small at times, but the staff is usually very friendly.
