Bravo Taqueria - Redwood City

I have been a loyal customer of Bravo for more than ten years because I absolutely adore their burritos. Carlos is fantastic and just writing this review makes me crave a burrito from their place. While I understand the HappyCow 5-star rule for fully vegetarian establishments, in my opinion, Bravo's delicious burritos deserve that 5th star.

I have been a loyal customer of Bravo for many years because I absolutely love their burritos. Carlos, the owner, is fantastic and I am actually craving a burrito right now as I write this review. While I understand the HappyCow 5-star rule for fully vegetarian establishments, I believe that burritos are a special exception and Bravo deserves that fifth star in my opinion. I enjoyed the delicious Mexican food at this restaurant. The owner is very friendly and the atmosphere is family-friendly. The salsa was a standout for me and I particularly loved the al pastor meat. The shrimp quesadilla was also fantastic.

This restaurant offers the best value for delicious burritos in town. Carlos is amazing and they also make their own tortilla chips with good quality oil. I always enjoy dining here.

I am so glad that this restaurant is still open! It's a miracle in Redwood City (they were supposed to close in January 2020). The food is consistently delicious and is always a hit with my friends and family. I recently visited for the first time in over two years and was pleasantly surprised when the owner, Carlos, remembered me. Even with a mask on, the warm welcome made me feel right at home. These are the kind of places that I always look forward to dining at when I come back home.
