Sophie's Place - Redondo Beach

Made a 6:15 reservation for an outdoor table. When we got there, they had none. Told us we had a 5:50 reservation and were marked as no shows. I showed the confirmation from open table on my phone. They seated us inside until an outside table opened. The service was VERY very slow. Our waitress rarely checked on us and we had to get our check from a different server. The cocktails were outstanding and the food was very very good but the service could be improved.

The food was not good at all, there was 3 of us none of us thought any of the food was good besides the Mac cheese with friend chicken. Bummer b/c it was my 1st and most likely last time there. The server was Pleasent.

I love Sophie's! Their patio is dog friendly and the food is great. I love going for brunch on the weekends. Great mimosa special and the staff is great.

Good meal. Between the high volume music and other noise distractions, almost too noisy to talk.

Sat on patio which was great. A bit noisy but expected since right on busy street. Ordered Nachos and a beer from happy hour menu. Nachos very disappointing. Cheese was more of a sauce than the typical melted hard cheeses used on nachos. Almost seemed like a fake cheese sauce. Beer was fine. Would not order this again. Service was good although took a while to get the check.
