Jersey Mike's Subs - Redondo Beach

I just walked in 10 mins to close and I was greeted like I was the first customer of the day! The grille was still on and the service amazing! Well done!

I was just there getting a sub for my husband wanted to give a shout out to Bethany. The guy who is usually on the slicer wasn't there. I presume that he's the business owner. Being a sunny Saturday at lunch the line was out the door I could see how easily things could have been chaotic. Bethany was on the slicer did an amazing job. She greeted every customer individually in a friendly, happy, relaxed manner. She was able to have a bit of a chat with each customer while getting our orders. She was calm despite the speed at which she was working held a number of things simultaneously remembering orders, customer names chatting. She provided guidance to those who appeared to be junior staff did so in a way that indicated she had time to show them explain how to do it properly, encourage their skill development without making them feel like they were an inconvenience for asking for help. She also appeared to be overseeing the function of the team as a whole, reminding others that now would be a good time to top up products generally just ensuring the smooth running of the process. The food here is always good but I was so impressed by her demeanor professionalism that I felt prompted to make sure others are aware how valuable she is to the team. Great job!
