Thai Ginger Redmond Town Center

Somehow Yelp didn't show me I'd already reviewed Thai Ginger, but I'm happy to have an opportunity to upgrade my review. They have been so consistently good for years now, it deserves another star. I'm so in love with their tiny spring rolls full of glass noodles (although I wish they'd ventilate the box so they'd stay crisp), and the other day they were out, but when the kitchen heard we were asking for them, they started making the next batch of rolls right away. Also you can rely on their accurate spice levels, which is great if you're not always up for really spicy. In season they have divine mangoes and sticky rice. This is a necessity because my husband introduced me to this dish and we love eating it together. Their online ordering system is robust and if they've ever gotten an order wrong, I have no memory of it. Thanks for staying great!

Don't order satay! It's pre-made from supermarket and even didn't fully cooked! And they even didn't say anything when I show them!

Ordered Phad Kee Mao, Crab Fried Rice Crispy Garlic Chicken. Definitely order spicy level 5! Spicy level here isn't as spicy as other Thai places but definitely good still

Ambience 5/5 Food 3.5/5 Usual Thai food that you'd find in any Thai place. Nothing out of the ordinary. The service was pretty quick. Might be difficult to find this place as it is inside the Redmond town center mall. The place usually gets pretty busy and it's good to get a reservation for party of larger count. The quantity is just right and the spice level is perfect for me. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Overall worth a shot but not something I would go back again for

I truly enjoy the crab fried rice and Panang curry at Thai Ginger. The food is consistently flavorful, and the grilled vegetables are simple yet delicious. However, the Redmond location could use some updates. The carpet isn't very appealing, which detracts from the overall dining experience. I would love to see the owners refresh the interior to create a more inviting atmosphere.
