Shari's Cafe And Pies - Redmond

Have phoned 3 times this evening (7:20 pm)and let the phone ring til their system drops the call! Even though info shows their not busy, guess they don't want our business??? 2nd attempt the same as a month ago's 1st.

I was very disappointed we were seated asked for drinks and were forgotten about for over an hour. Multiple wait staff stopped and asked if we had been helped when we said no they were apologetic and took our order but then never came back.

Always like Shari's cafe,Cafe, great service and the pies are the best!

Very slow service. Been waiting here for almost 20 min as a door dasher to make 8 dollars. Smh.

What happened to you guys last fee delivery was horrible. Steak salad with no steak?ripping customers off to save money will end up shutting you down! Get it together
