Regios Cafe - Redmond

The breakfast here is absolutely delicious! The huevos rancheros are the best we've ever had, and we've just spent two months in Mexico! The pancakes and eggs are equally tasty.

We decided to try this restaurant after reading the reviews, and it did not disappoint! It's a charming mom-and-pop spot where the staff seems to know everyone—except us, of course. It's definitely a local favorite, but the two servers who took care of us were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The service was fantastic, and the food was wonderfully traditional. The pico de gallo that accompanied my breakfast burrito was absolutely delicious. We left a generous tip because they truly deserve it. You should consider doing the same!

Go here!! Great first time experience. Warm atmosphere, kind employees, fast service.:.a great omelette and the best hash browns I?ve ever had (I ate them ALL!! . The toast was dry and threw most of it away. That?s my only complaint. We?ll definitely beback.
