Got 3 sandwiches tonight and the bread is stale and HARD and chewy. I ordered extra mayo and it seemed to have none at all! It made it dry, which on stale bread- made it inedible..... Wasted $30 on dinner I couldn't eat. And I have always loved JJ and never had a problem ESPECIALLY with the bread that's always been my favorite part!!!

Ordered for pickup and was super pleased! The employees were kind and helpful. Quality and taste was 10/10! Will return.

Drove down to grab late dinner @832pm and they asked me to leave because they wanted to go home. I was unable to eat when I was starving during scheduled hours. Some kids need to learn to follow the hours printed online and on the door.

Ordered a sandwich for delivery. Showed up 30 min late. Order isn't even right. Just a joke. Never again.

Always disappointed to have to leave a negative review but I have given this place 3 chances to get it right and they continue to mess up at the simple stuff. My first experience was an incorrectly made order a few months ago. Today, they messed up my order not once, but twice in a row after I clearly explained my order both times. I ended up just eating the sandwich incorrectly. To add insult to injury, all of the employees there looked spaced out and one of the young women working there was whispering out order numbers and nobody could hear her. Not only did they mess up my order but they also messed up the person that ordered after me.I won’t waste anymore time and money at this location. They need to hire new staff that can follow simple instructions and be mindful of their customers and their surroundings.
