Jack In The Box - Redmond

My experience is somewhat ok., however when I order thru the drive thru there is quite a bit of wait especially during late night weekends. Lobby is now open and looks clean plenty of room tables kid family friendly

…Staff was very nice.Editing this original review- spent almost $20 for my food- the cooking oil was horrible. Tacos literally looked black, fry’s are hard like they are burnt. This place needs to figure out how to cook using the oil they are given- either the oil is used way too much, or they simply need to change it more often because more times than none, the food/ tacos are very badly done and it looks like it’s the oil they used. This happens way too often here which is too bad…it could be a good place but the tacos are so bad I had to throw all of them away. Way too oily and burnt. See pictures of what every taco liked like and it happens all the time. Until this is fixed, I would suggest going somewhere else- I am unfortunately.

It’s cold inside, it’s winter, should be warm inside, but no.

Frequent this Jack in the box and the people are always very friendly. However, the food at times is lower quality than other times. I guess it depends on who they have making the food that day.

Drive through people do not speak English, it’s not possible to order and explain any adjustment to drinks.
