The food and service were excellent. However, the atmosphere felt a bit sterile and cold due to the overly bright lighting. With some minor adjustments to make the space softer and warmer, this restaurant could easily earn five stars. We are already looking forward to returning. Tailor provided exceptional service.

My family and I came to this restaurant for a reunion, despite its high rating on Yelp. Unfortunately, we were all very disappointed. As Vietnamese, we did not have high expectations for the food to be authentic and amazing, but the poor customer service was the most disturbing aspect of our experience. Despite being one of only three tables in the restaurant on a weekday night, we felt neglected and had to wait a long time for anything we needed. The food was average at best and overpriced for the quality and portion sizes. Although we ordered eight dishes to share among eight people, most of us left still feeling hungry. Ultimately, we decided to pay the bill and find another restaurant to eat at. I do not recommend this place and hope they can improve their customer service and food quality if they want to succeed.

The food was just outstanding! Unique flavor combinations and a twist on typical Vietnamese style. And Taylor is such a gracious host. Can’t wait to dine there again!

We arrived as a group of seven early in the night and were the only table for awhile. Service was very good and the food very tasty. Though they suggest family-style dining our dishes seemed easier to consume individually. We did share apps and the spring rolls and turmeric mini pancakes were very good.

This is a very nice undiscovered restaurant. Great for lunch.
