First time here. Wait was a big long with no seating while you wait. Otherwise food was good. Cooked to order. Had the seafood soup, Sweet and sour soup, shrimp fried rice, dumplings which were all very good, tasty and cooked to order. Once seated service was good. Plenty of options for food, even vegetarian dishes. Will be back to try some other dishes.

The recipes are authentic and the staff is always so friendly. Their food reminds me of home-cooking from abroad. Definitely recommend their house special menu items.

Rui's Shanghai Bistro features freshly made and authentic Shanghai cuisine that is in a word-SUPERB! They have an extensive menu of very delicious and authentic Shanghai dishes featuring appetizers,poultry,pork,beef,lamb,shrimp,fish,veggies,rice,noodle,wontons,and house specials served fresh daily. We had delicious steamed dumplings,-tasty,salt and pepper shrimp with shells-excellent,braised beef noodle soup-soo tasty ,egg fried rice,silver noodle with minced pork-delish. Drink wise we had he very traditional Jia Duo Boa and plum drink. The service from the minute you walk in throughout your meal is excellent,the portions are very generous and prices are very reasonable for such authentic Shanghai cuisine! We were served by Marsha and Eric who were so friendly and offered many suggestions! The restaurant is sparkling clean with tables for,four and for small groups. Plenty of free parking too! You will be sooo glad you stopped in to Rui's Shanghai Bistro!
