The Burrito Bar - Redland City

Quick, Easy and CheapHad heard of the 'Burrito Bar' for a while but have only just discovered this Gem.

I was taken to this restaurant thinking it was going to be a great night out for dinner and when I got there I thought it was a great little restaurant but

With a spike in Mexican styled food outlets throughout Brisbane I wondered how The Burrito Bar tucked away need the Woolworths in Coorparoo would compare.

Very unwelcomingOrdered a burrito 1x vegis and 1x pulled pork, the food was bland and the beans were solid and crunchyA young waitress came over to ask is everything was ok, we gave our opinion and she was very polite saying she will let the manager noI have been in customer service for 11years and I have never been spoken to with such disrespect as my experience with the 'manager' if he was my manager it would be a formal warningHe came over 'sheepish' asking if everything was ok, we didn't no who he was as we'd just gave our option to the waitress, he didn't introduce himself then when my husband said the beans are uncooked we were told we were wrong then he picked up a bean from our prelate a squashed it!! This was the first occasion we were told we were wrong! There was a second and third, we were told we were the first people to complain and they did great food, we were so disgusted with how was we're spoken to we got up and left, we were not paying and I wanted to speck to the owner, the same man came over and was so rude and defensive we were told 'go away then, free food free food for you' the whole experience is embarrassing and totally unacceptable

Fab little Mexican right next to the cinema complex. All the usual fayre and they have reduced-price items on certain days of the week.
