Ming Sum - REDLAND BAY

We love ordering food from this restaurant and are always satisfied with the food quality. However, we had some difficulty finding their menu online. Eventually, I found it on the restaurant guru website and placed an order. When my husband went to pick up the food, he noticed that we were charged $13 more than what was listed online. I had made a substitution for one of the items at the same price, so I was surprised by the additional cost. My husband sent me a photo of the in-store menu, and indeed, the prices were different. It would be beneficial to update the online menu to avoid any surprises for customers when they pay for their food. Despite this, we still love the food and will continue to order from here. A correct online menu would greatly improve the overall experience.

Unfortunately, the majority of the food we ordered was unappetizing. The fried rice was burnt, the fish was overly salty, and the stir-fried vegetables were undercooked and drenched in oyster sauce. Everyone was disappointed and left with a bad taste in their mouths. We have ordered from this restaurant before, but we will not be wasting our money or time ordering from them again.

We have been coming here for a long time. The food is top-notch and the family who runs the restaurant is delightful. Our favorite dishes are the prawn omelettes and the special fried rice. Highly recommend!

The food at this restaurant is amazing, affordable, and service was attentive and quick. The only feedback I have, is that the restaurant was awkwardly silent. They need a TV or some backgroud music playing.

Do yourself a favor, head in and grab a bunch of dishes, we had the beef and black bean, sweet and sour king prawns and the satay chicken. All awesome!
