I phoned this restaurant and was informed that there are no vegan options available. They mentioned that they use chicken broth in all of their dishes, even the veggie delight and tofu teriyaki.

We tried the tofu teriyaki dish and found it to be delicious. The tofu was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The restaurant also served us some vegan sushi rolls filled with vegetables, and the veggie delight with curry sauce was especially tasty. Just a heads up - their miso soup is not vegan. Overall, the dishes were decent and satisfying, although not exceptional.

We ordered the tofu teriyaki dish, which was delicious. The tofu was soft with a crisp exterior. The vegan sushi rolls with sweet soy sauce and the veggie joy with curry sauce were also tasty. It should be noted that the miso soup is not vegan. Overall, everything was good, not exceptional, but satisfactory.

There are plenty of sushi rolls to choose from and they are all delicious.

The lunch bento special with fresh sashimi was fantastic! It was only $11 and definitely worth the drive from Seattle.
