Little Caesars Pizza - Redding

All I really have to say is Fanceroni Pepperoni and one of the best? I've ever had that. The reason for the 4 stars is because customer service is met and missed and the waiting times at most busy nights can be long. I would definitely recommend Little Caesars and the Fanceroni?

My pizza was not properly cooked, I called and was told without my reception (which I was never given) they could not help me, but someone else came to the phone and said they would put my name in their book that never happened! I went back to replace it the next day, and it was the same... they had to give it back to cook and it was not cooked as soon as I got it! I also ordered the bread sticks without Parmesan and unfortunately it still had the cheese not so much. The best thing in this place was the nice lady who helped me during my first trip.

I appreciate real honest reviews and so if I have a great experience with a company, I always want to share. I picked up some pizzas and other things for a 4th classroom. I ran after the schedule and thought only I would call and see if they were busy if not too much I was curious if someone were willing to lead it to me as I raised. (This order has already been paid) It sounded a bit busy, it was right at noon and I could hear the phone ring on the other line. He said, with perhaps the Teensiest of uncertainty. When I got there, I called. He took up, then immediately the door with everything I needed to my car. I'm so grateful! I have made sure I have his name because I don't want to make good deeds dissatisfied. So I'm sure I'll return! He mentioned that he was the manager and that only means more. Do you work a full-time job, especially that you do not get tips from the public at least that I?m can be stressful to do only with the work in the public, can be stressful in itself so that?s why I write this really long review? I'm sorry I'm so grateful for the little things like this and I want people to be recognized for it. Thanks again!

So I just went to the E Cypress store to get a pizza and there were 2 people in front of me. He took a job and ignored two of us. After 8-10 minutes he cried on someone in the back over a Mac n cheese order. I finally went to another place and was greeted within 10 seconds. Ordered and was a satisfied customer with your competitor. Was it hard?

Bought 2 pizzas, got to motel found one was wrong. Called spoke to a manager . He was rude and hung up on me for asking if they would remake the other pizza too so it didn 't get cold. Drove back got a refund. Worst customer service ever! Management doesn 't care about customers or being polite.
