If I could give them 0 stars I would. They, one, messed up the order. I tried to go to the window because they take forever to even get through the line without it taking 30 mins to an hr …and two, they told me I had to go back through?! Absolutely ridiculous…they messed up why should I wait another 30 mins in line to correct an order ?!? I couldnt even eat half the food I order because it was made incorrectly!! Complete waste of money. I don’t go on and write reviews like this because I have been in their position….. but this??? This was really bad!!

The staff was very unfriendly and rude they got my order wrong and made me feel about 2 feet tall when i asked for the rest of my order ... I've worked in drive through and even when my customers were rude to me (which was not very often because I'm nice to my customers and am great at customer service )i always greeted them w kindness and a smile and 9 times outta 10 they left w a smile and willing to come back again i don't believe I'll be going back to this jack in the box anytime soon ?

Super quick compared to the usual 15 minute wait at other locations. Might have been a 5 to 7 minutes wait; for Jack that's quick. I love the Jumbo Jack with Cheese no Onion. By far my favorite burger. When they have someone that understands tacos the tacos are amazing! I'm also a fan of the egg roll. I wish I owned my own Jack in the Box.
