Dudes Drive Inn - Redding

I've been going here since 1966! My dad used to bring my sister and I here all the time. I still go here because the food is great, they are a family owned business and for nostalgic reasons. It's an older drive-in and has a 50's Era vibe.

Ordered 2 burgers and some tots around 2pm on 10/2. Both burgers had hairs cooked onto them. Serious food quality issues.

Burger was good but fries were not drained of grease and there was black specs from the equipment all in them, grouse. Equipment needs to be cleaned and serviced before used for public before it gets someone sick. I used to work for a bar and grill so I know how and when they need serviced and that one is way passed due

Don't go here. You don't want a pastrami burger. It's delicious!!! But! I only made it to the next rest stop before needing a nap. Pastrami burger!!! You can't save half for later. So if you're passing through, like us, come try one of their amazing burgers. We choose this place over the usual burger place and were so thankful because they didn't disappoint. We aren't a fan of their skinny fries as we prefer steak cut fries. But their skinny fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. We're from San Francisco and will definitely be stopping here everytime we pass through the area.

Stopped in for a quick burger, fries and shakes today! Bam! Awesome burger fries were smokin, and handmade shakes are a meal in itself! Never had a bad burger or service here! Family owned operated, do yourself a favor and have a shake with that burger!
