Ogradys - Redcar and Cleveland

After many fabulous meals here, sadly, the standards are slipping. We ordered a steak, which was OK, you used to get a side salad with the steak but not anymore, so I ordered a side salad. There was no salad in the side salad, it was a bowl full of white red cabbage with 2 tiny bits of tomato. (When did cabbage become salad? We also paid for 2 pepper sauces (2.95 each got no more than a thimble full. Condiments are now all savers own brand specials. For god sake, put an extra couple of quid on the price bring back some form of quality.

Just popped in with my sister and wife very friendly staff and quick prompt service at the bar. Ordered food with again friendly and quick service food arrived and was delicious

We tried this place again after 6 months ago saying we would not go again bad mistake my wife had chicken Parmasan which came with chips no side salad chips were cooked frozen chips with a bad taste of bad oil used . I had beef lasagna which came with the same bad tasting chips I am sure they give me a child portion also with lack of beef in feel sorry for staff but as I waited for my dinner saw plate after plate half eaten going back very disappointed again we did not complain just walked out yet again saying never again

Excellent choice for lunch after beach walk. Menu has daily specials plus very extensive selection offers. The portions are large but very reasonably priced, plus drinks are good value too. We'll be back soon!

Met up with family to walk the dogs on the beach, pick up grandma, and go out for lunch. Did just that, pub's dog friendly too. Amazing selection of meals available, we ordered a couple of parmos, chicken tikka wrap, prawn cocktail, scampi and chips, and I had mince an dumplings. Everything OK, nothing special, maybe a bit too much white sauce on parmos, but mine was great. Nothing special to note on the drinks, wine very acceptable Jack Rabbit, beer, they had Black Sheep, so I was happy. Dogs well behaved. Everyone happy, staff were really friendly and helpful where they could.
