Domino's Pizza - Redcar and Cleveland

I ordered a pizza for delivery and unfortunately, the large garlic and herb dip was dropped on my doorstep, causing a stain on the block paving. The driver did not have anything to clean it up and left a greasy mark on the step. When I requested a credit for the dip, the store manager refused and only offered a free one for next time, which was unacceptable to me as I do not plan on ordering from them again. This experience was very disappointing and the level of customer service was lacking.

I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for some time now. The staff is always efficient and friendly. The pizzas are consistently decent and tasty. However, they do face strong competition from Hungry Jacks, who are also excellent. Overall, I would give this restaurant top marks.

This Domino's is outstanding. The staff will inform you about the best offers of the day, they are friendly and the food is always fresh and ready in just 10 minutes. Fast, delicious food in no time.

This establishment is a big concern but still manages to deliver a good service and the quality of the food hasn't deminished over the years. Prices are good and service is excellent.
