Soul Stop Cafe - Redbridge

I stopped by for a quick sandwich and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as overpriced as many cafes nowadays. The food was average, but you definitely get what you pay for. The breakfasts seemed to be a decent size.

I visited this restaurant today with my daughter, who had been recovering from an operation for two weeks. We found that there were many good choices on the menu and the staff were very friendly. However, we did have to wait a long time for our meal. The portions were quite large.

My partner and I decided to try a new cafe. We were greeted upon arrival and all the staff were absolutely lovely. We ordered the traditional breakfasts with a coffee and tea. The drinks came out first and were piping hot which was good as they stayed hot for when our food arrived. It came out quickly and everything was delicious! We have been back a couple of times since and both service and food quality have both been amazing. This is definitely our regular cafe now so happy we found it!

I ordered a coffee, it did not arrive, enquired have you forgot the coffee, was told coffee machine broken. Then the guy behind the counter, named Ali, started swearing and being very abusive, all aimed at me. He clearly has no customer service skills and was very rude. The food was disappointing. Not worth a visit.

Not sure about eating in this place as I have not done it before but the takeaway during lockdown was reliably fast and tasted good.
