Nando's Barking - Redbridge

Quality in this nandos branch has dropped so much, portions have become a lot smaller. The only decent thing is the staff. I used to go regularly. Now, only when there are no alternatives. Menu keeps changing. Sauces not always available. The nandos experience is no longer there.

Manager and staff is so nice and well trained. food is tasty as always.

Visited on a Saturday early evening wasn’t too busy, food came out swiftly and super hot, staff were very caring throughout my whole meal, but i want to commend how lovely Neil is!!! Such a bundle of joy, you can’t help but be smiley when communicating with him! (Thank you also for the drink top ups!

KHAN served me in the barking nandos and his customer service was impeccable. What a lovely man with a big smile and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Khan made my whole week feel better and I will always remember him for being such a good waiter.

Slow to make wraps 1 hour time I do not recommend plus they did not bring what we ordered
